Tuition
Tuition is due once a month based on the total hours registered for per week, refer to the pricing below.
Your first payment is due at the time of registration and subsequent payments will be automatically withdrawn from your account on the 25th of each month. We require each dancer to have a credit or debit card on file for automatic payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and our studio portal makes it easy to setup and manage your account!
Registration Fees
There is an annual, non-refundable $30 registration fee for each dancer due in September with your first month’s tuition payment, or at the time of registration.
Payments
Tuition payments will be withdrawn on the 25th of each month. We require that each dancer has a card on file, for automatic payments through our studio portal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If your card cannot be processed, becomes expired or is lost or stolen, you will be notified immediately.
Late Fees
You will be responsible for setting up your account and making changes as needed. If a payment is received after the 1st of the month, you will be charged a $25 late fee. Please note that tuition invoices will not be mailed.
A service fee of $45 will be charged for any returned checks.

Drop-Ins
Dancers may attend a class on a drop-in basis, or bring a friend to a class! Drop-in fees are due before the class begins, $20 / dancer for 45 minute classes and $25 / dancer for 60 minute classes. If a class is full, we are unable to accommodate drop-in students.
Missed Classes
We encourage you to keep track of any missed classes and take advantage of our make-up class opportunities. Make-up classes can be arranged for other times during the week, if the class is not full. Make-up classes should be equivalent to the dancer’s age and level.
Any class cancelled due to a teacher absence will be made up at a time arranged by the teacher. If a student has a prolonged illness or injury keeping them out of class for longer than one month, you should notify the teacher immediately. If notified in advance, your account will be put on hold and your space in the class will be held for you.
